# Supported Compliance Features

This page is intentionally focused on how to use BuildBetter in a compliant way and where to find official information. It does not restate our policies, certifications, or legal documentation.

## Where to find official policies and certifications

## How to stay compliant with BuildBetter

* **Consent and notifications**: Configure call recording consent and automatic participant notifications. Consider emailing participants about upcoming calls and sending call summaries so they have easy access to their data.
* **Assign a speaker**: Ensure statements are accurately attributed. See: [/pages/Compliance/speaker-assignment](/pages/Compliance/speaker-assignment)
* **Data access and deletion**: If a customer requests data removal, contact `security@buildbetter.ai`. For compliance questions or escalations, contact `compliance@buildbetter.ai`.

## Awareness & education

Help your team and participants understand their rights and responsibilities.

* Share standard language in call invites and reminders (purpose of recording, consent, how to opt out)
* Provide links to where participants can access recordings and summaries
* Include support contacts for privacy or compliance questions

These communications can be automated via your scheduling and messaging tools.
