Connect BuildBetter with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to enrich your enterprise CRM with AI-powered conversation intelligence and customer insights.

## Overview

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration will enable you to:

* Sync customer conversations and insights into Dynamics 365 records
* Automatically update accounts, contacts, and opportunities with call insights
* Leverage BuildBetter's AI within your Microsoft ecosystem
