# Chorus by ZoomInfo Integration

> Import call recordings from Chorus by ZoomInfo into BuildBetter

## Overview

The Chorus by ZoomInfo integration allows you to import call recordings (engagements) from Chorus into BuildBetter for AI-powered analysis. This is an import-only integration that fetches calls based on date ranges.

## Key Features

* Date range-based batch import of meeting recordings
* Automatic filtering of no-show meetings
* Full transcript and metadata preservation
* Standard BuildBetter AI analysis on all imported calls
* Speaker identification and participant information

## Authentication

The Chorus integration uses **API Key Authentication**:

* Chorus API key (generated from your Chorus account)

**Note**: OAuth is not currently supported.

## How It Works

1. Connect BuildBetter to Chorus using your API key
2. Configure date range for import
3. BuildBetter imports matching meeting engagements
4. No-show meetings are automatically filtered out
5. Imported calls are processed through BuildBetter's AI analysis pipeline

## Setup Instructions

1. **Generate Chorus API Key**
   * Log in to your Chorus by ZoomInfo account
   * Navigate to Settings > API
   * Generate a new API key
   * Copy and securely save the key

2. **Connect in BuildBetter**
   * Navigate to Settings > Integrations
   * Select "Chorus by ZoomInfo" from recording import integrations
   * Enter your Chorus API key
   * Click Connect

3. **Configure Import**
   * Set date range for calls to import
   * Click Import to begin

## Imported Data

* Call metadata (title, duration, date, meeting details)
* Full transcript with utterances
* Speaker identification
* Participant information
* Account and company associations (if available)
* Recording details and timestamps

**Note**: No-show meetings are automatically excluded from import.

## Imported Call Types

Only **meeting-type engagements** are imported. Other Chorus engagement types are not currently supported.

## Limitations

* Import only (no export to Chorus)
* API Key authentication (no OAuth)
* Date range import only (no tag or playlist filtering)
* Manual import (no scheduled or automatic imports)
* Full calls only (no excerpt import)
* Meetings only (other engagement types not supported)
* No advanced filtering options
* No metadata mapping UI
