# Organization & Workspace Settings

> Manage organization-wide settings, including billing, team members, and workspace configurations.

Organization and workspace settings are found under **Settings > Administration** (admin access required). Here you can manage your team, configure billing, and customize your BuildBetter workspace.

## Billing

BuildBetter offers several subscription plans to meet the needs of different teams. You can manage your subscription and view your usage from **Settings > Administration > Billing**.

### Subscription Plans

### Managing Your Subscription

You can upgrade your plan or manage your billing details at any time through the Stripe customer portal.

## Team Management

You can invite new members to your organization either by sending them a direct email invitation or by sharing a unique invite link.

    Enter the new member's email address, first name, and last name. They will receive an email with instructions on how to join your organization.

    Copy the unique invite link and share it with new members. Anyone with the link can join your organization. You can regenerate the link at any time if needed.

## Workspace Settings

Workspace settings allow you to customize the behavior of the BuildBetter bot and manage your recording usage.

### Bot Customization

    You can set a custom name for your recorder bot. This name will be displayed in meetings when the bot joins.

    Choose the default recording view for your meetings. You can select either "Gallery View" (shows all participants) or "Speaker View" (shows only the active speaker).

### Recording Limits

For paid plans, you can set a hard limit on the number of recording hours per billing period. Once this limit is reached, BuildBetter will stop recording new calls. You can also set the limit to "Unlimited" to remove any restrictions.
