# Plan Quarterly OKRs with Customer Data

> Turn customer and team insights into OKRs and roadmap priorities

End of quarter. Time to plan Q2. You have data scattered everywhere—customer calls, team meetings, support tickets, sales pipeline. How do you turn all that into clear OKRs and priorities?

**This guide shows you how to use BuildBetter to aggregate insights and plan your quarter based on data, not opinions.**

## The Planning Problem

**Traditional planning:**

* 📊 Spreadsheets of metrics (lagging indicators)
* 🗣️ Team opinions (loudest voice wins)
* 📝 Gut feel about priorities
* 🎲 Hoping you're building the right things

**The gap**: You have conversations with customers every week. Those contain leading indicators. But they're never part of planning.

## What You'll Achieve

Using BuildBetter for quarterly planning:

* ✅ **Aggregate all insights** (customer + internal + support)
* ✅ **Find strategic themes** across all data
* ✅ **Prioritize OKRs** based on actual customer needs
* ✅ **Align team** with data everyone can see
* ✅ **Track progress** quarter-over-quarter

  **Time saved**: Planning used to take 1-2 weeks of meetings. With BuildBetter: 1 day of analysis + 1 planning session.
