Important Notes

  • No Training on Customer Data: Your data is never used to train or retrain models outside your account. If fine-tuning is required, it’s done under strict data governance outlined in a separate agreement.
  • Data Retention: We retain data only as long as needed. Data is deleted or anonymized per retention policies.
  • Data Control: You have full control and visibility over your data. Our platform provides role-based access and encrypts data in transit and at rest.

  • Explainable Outputs: All AI outputs include source citations and logic for full transparency.
