Getting Started
To set up any of these integrations:
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your BuildBetter dashboard
- Select the integration you want to configure
- Follow the step-by-step setup instructions
- Test the integration with our verification tools
Integration Sync Details
Different integrations sync at different intervals:

Security and Permissions
All integrations are implemented with security best practices:
- OAuth 2.0 authentication where applicable
- API key authentication for services that require it
- Granular permission controls
- Data encryption in transit and at rest
- Regular security audits
- Automatic token refresh for uninterrupted connectivity
Reconnecting Integrations
If an integration shows a “Needs Reconnection” status:
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Find the integration with the warning indicator
- Click “Reconnect” to re-authorize
- Follow the OAuth flow to restore the connection
This typically happens when tokens expire or permissions change on the connected service.
