Getting Started

To set up any of these integrations:
  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your BuildBetter dashboard
  2. Select the integration you want to configure
  3. Follow the step-by-step setup instructions
  4. Test the integration with our verification tools

Security and Permissions

All integrations are implemented with security best practices:
  • OAuth 2.0 authentication where applicable
  • API key authentication for services that require it
  • Granular permission controls
  • Data encryption in transit and at rest
  • Regular security audits
  • Automatic token refresh for uninterrupted connectivity

Reconnecting Integrations

If an integration shows a “Needs Reconnection” status:
  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Find the integration with the warning indicator
  3. Click “Reconnect” to re-authorize
  4. Follow the OAuth flow to restore the connection
This typically happens when tokens expire or permissions change on the connected service.
