Custom Context allows you to provide BuildBetter’s AI with specific information about your company, products, and industry. This context improves the accuracy of AI-generated summaries, signal extraction, document generation, and chat responses.

What is Custom Context?

Custom Context is background information about your business that helps BuildBetter’s AI:
  • Understand your product terminology
  • Recognize your company’s specific processes
  • Identify relevant industry concepts
  • Generate more accurate and relevant content

Accessing Custom Context

Navigate to Settings > Organization > General to find the Custom Context section.
Only organization admins can edit Custom Context settings.

Configuring Custom Context

Navigate to Settings

Go to Settings > Organization > General Scroll to the “Custom Context” section

Generate from Domain (Optional)

Enter your company domain (e.g., “example.com”) Click “Generate” to have AI create initial context AI will research your company and create a starting point

Review and Edit

Review the generated context Add or modify information:
  • Company description and mission
  • Products and services
  • Industry and market

  • Key terminology
  • Business processes

Save Changes

Click Save or changes auto-save Context is immediately available to AI features
Use the domain generation feature to get started quickly, then customize with your specific details.
