Language Settings
You can configure the language for both transcription and content generation.Transcription Language
Choose the language for transcribing your calls. By default, BuildBetter will auto-detect the language. You can also manually select a language to ensure the highest accuracy for your recordings.
Generation Language
Select the language for AI-generated content like summaries and documents. The default language is English, but you can choose from a variety of other languages.
Call Types
Call Types allow you to categorize your meetings, making it easier to organize and filter your recordings. You can create custom call types with a name, description, and emoji icon.Managing Call Types
- Create: Click “Add Call Type” to create a new category for your meetings.
- Edit: Click on an existing call type to modify its name, description, or icon.
- Delete: Remove call types that are no longer needed.
Personas
Personas help you categorize the people in your meetings, which is useful for filtering and analysis. You can create custom personas to represent the different types of people you interact with, such as “Customer,” “Prospect,” or “Internal Stakeholder.”Managing Personas
- Custom Personas: You can create, edit, and delete your own custom personas. Each persona has a name, description, and an optional emoji icon.
- BuildBetter Personas: BuildBetter provides a set of default, non-editable personas to get you started.
Tag Groups
Tag Groups allow you to create and manage collections of tags. This is useful for organizing your data and ensuring consistency across your team.Managing Tag Groups
- Create: Create a new tag group with a name and instructions for your team.
- Edit: Modify the name and instructions of an existing tag group.
- Members: Add or remove members from a tag group to control who can use it.
- Targets: Define the scope of a tag group by specifying which calls or signals it should apply to.
- Settings: Configure additional options for each tag group.
- Retroactive Processing: When you update a tag group, you can choose to apply the changes to all of your existing data or only to new data going forward.
