User Notification Settings
Each user can control their own notification preferences in Settings > User Account > Notifications.Call Summary Emails
Receive an email summary after a call you attended is processed.
Default: ON.

Sends an email to participants 24 hours before a scheduled call, requesting consent for recording.

Some notifications can be managed at the organization level in Settings > Organization & Workspace.Admins can set org-wide defaults or enforce notification policies for all users.
External Call Summary Emails
Receive summaries for external calls (calls with external participants).
Default: ON.

Email Summary Notifications

Internal Call Summary Emails:
- Sent after a call you attended is processed.
- Default: ON for all users.
- You will receive these unless you turn them off in your user settings.
- If you turn them off, you will not receive summaries, but others with it ON will still get their own.

External Call Summary Emails:
- Sent for calls with external participants.
- Default: ON for all users.
- You will receive these unless you turn them off in your user or org settings.
Call Consent Emails
- Call Pre-Consent Emails:
- Sent to participants 24 hours before a scheduled call, requesting consent for recording.
- Default: ON for all users.
- You can turn this off in your user settings; if you do, you will not send or receive these emails for calls you organize.
Upcoming Call Consent Emails
- Same as Call Pre-Consent Emails above.
- To disable, turn off the “Call Pre-consent Emails” toggle in your user settings.
Weekly Report Summaries
- Weekly Cluster Trend Report:
- Sent weekly with trending clusters and insights.
- Default: ON for all users.
- You will receive this unless you turn it off in your user settings.
Default Behavior & Onboarding
- All notification toggles are ON by default for new users.
- During onboarding, users can turn off any notification type.
- If you do not turn them off, you will receive all notifications.
- If you turn them off, you will not receive those notifications, but other users in your org may still get them if their toggles are ON.

You will continue to receive notifications unless you explicitly turn them off. If other people at your organization still have a notification ON, they may still receive it even if you have turned it off for yourself.
