Import Capabilities
Feedback Import
Import customer feedback and conversation data:- Navigate to Data → Import → Feedback
- Download the CSV template with required fields
- Fill in your feedback data following the template format
- Upload your completed CSV file
- Map columns if your headers differ from the template
- Review and confirm the data
- Process the import

Signal Processing
After import:- BuildBetter processes the feedback data through signal extraction
- Signals are generated based on content analysis
- View results in the Signals section of your dashboard
- Filter and analyze the imported data alongside your meeting data
Export Capabilities
Recording Data Export
Export meeting recording data:- Navigate to Recordings or a specific folder
- Select the recordings you want to export
- Click Export → CSV
- Choose what data to include:
- Basic metadata (title, date, duration)
- Participant information
- Tags and categories
- Access and sharing settings
- Click Export to download the CSV file
Transcript Export
Export transcript data:- Open any recording with a completed transcript
- Click Export → Transcript → CSV
- Configure export options:
- Include speaker identification
- Include timestamps
- Include confidence scores
- Format as monologue or dialogue
- Download the CSV file
Analytics Export
Export analytics data:- Go to Analytics section
- Configure the report you want to export
- Click Export → CSV

Bulk Data Management
For large datasets:- Use the Bulk Export feature in Settings → Data Management

Troubleshooting
Import Issues
- Verify your CSV file is properly formatted (UTF-8 encoding recommended)
