Setup Instructions
Prerequisites
- An active BuildBetter account
- Asana account with appropriate workspace access

Connecting Asana
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations in your BuildBetter dashboard
- Select Asana from the project integrations section
- Click Connect and authorize via Asana OAuth
- Select which workspaces to enable for integration
- Configure default settings and permissions

Usage
Creating Tasks from Meetings
Create Asana tasks during or after meetings:- Open any recording in BuildBetter
- Select a relevant segment in the transcript
- Click the Create Task button
- Select the Asana workspace and project
- Fill in task details, leveraging the selected transcript context
- Submit to create the task in Asana
Linking to Projects
Connect meeting content to Asana projects:- From a recording or document, click Link to Project
- Search for and select the relevant Asana project
- Add a reference note (optional)
- Save to establish the connection
Automated Action Items
Extract action items as Asana tasks:- Go to a completed meeting recording
- Navigate to the Action Items tab
- Review automatically extracted action items
- Select items to create as Asana tasks
- Assign owners and due dates
- Submit to create the tasks in Asana
