Ad Hoc Call Recording Not Supported

Error Message: “Ad hoc call recording not supported. Your Microsoft account does not support auto record ad hoc at this moment.” Cause: The Microsoft Graph API, which enables BuildBetter to listen to and record your calls, has restrictions on certain account types. This error typically occurs when your Microsoft account is a B2C tenant or its predecessor. Resolution: If your account is a B2C tenant or legacy tenant type, it cannot be used with BuildBetter’s automatic call recording feature due to Microsoft API limitations. You may need to use a different Microsoft account type or explore alternative recording methods available in BuildBetter.
