This is great for support, customer success, and product teams. The setup is pretty simple. All of them require a BuildBetter account and a plan that allows the specific integration. - Navigate to https://app.buildbetter.app/settings/org/integrations
- Scroll to Zendesk integration.
- Enter your Zendesk API key.
- Configure shareability and settings (see screenshot).
- Click Connect.
