The home page provides quick access to your most recent recordings and chat conversations, making it easy to continue where you left off.

Recent Recordings

The Recent Recordings section displays your four most recent call recordings in a grid layout.

What You’ll See

Each recording card shows:
  • Title: The name of the meeting or call
  • Participants: Who was on the call
  • Duration: How long the recording is
  • Processing Status: Whether the recording is still being processed
  • Preview: A thumbnail or visual indicator

Quick Actions

Click on any recording card to:
  • View the full recording and transcript
  • Access AI-generated summaries
  • Share with team members
  • Download or export content
Use the “See all” link to view your complete recording history in the Calls page.

Empty State

If you haven’t uploaded any recordings yet, you’ll see options to:
  • Upload Call: Add existing recordings from your device
  • Setup Integrations: Connect calendar and meeting platforms for automatic recording

Recent Chats

The Recent Chats section shows your four most recent AI chat conversations.

Chat Information

Each chat card displays:
  • Chat Name: The title of your conversation
  • Last Updated: When you last interacted with this chat
    • Shows time (e.g., “2:30 PM”) for today’s chats
    • Shows relative time (e.g., “2 days ago”) for older chats

Continuing Conversations

Click any chat card to:
  • Resume the conversation where you left off
  • View the full chat history
  • Continue asking questions or generating content
The “BuildBetter Onboarding” chat is filtered out from the recent chats display but remains accessible through the onboarding assistant button when no other chats exist.

Starting New Chats

If you haven’t started any chats yet, you’ll see:
  • Start chat: Begin a new AI conversation
  • Onboarding Assistant: Access the guided onboarding chat (if available)
