Overview
The Discourse integration can:- Import topics and replies from Discourse forums
- Scope imports by categories and tags
- Track feature requests and bug reports
- Analyze community sentiment and engagement
- Identify trending topics and pain points
- Link forum feedback to product roadmap
Setup
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Select Discourse from Social & Community integrations.
- Add your Discourse site details and credentials.
- Choose categories and tags to include.
- Preview the scope, then start the sync or backfill.
What Gets Imported
- Forum topics and replies
- Author and timestamp context when available
- Category and tag context for filtering
- Source links back to Discourse
