Ingest all data from Freshdesk platform and have it searchable and accessible to BuildBetter chat and documents. Run signals over this data to get product insights, such as feature requests, bugs, issues, and complaints. Use those signals or the raw data to generate reports or run workflows over them. This is great for support, customer success, and product teams. The setup is pretty simple. All of them require a BuildBetter account and a plan that allows the specific integration. They are enabled for all organizations. Requires a Freshdesk workspace with API credentials and access.

Setup Guide

  1. Navigate to https://app.buildbetter.app/settings/org/integrations
  2. Scroll to Freshdesk integration.
  3. Enter your Freshdesk API key.
  4. Configure shareability and settings (see screenshot).
  5. Click Connect.

Bulk Ingestion

Bulk IngestionIf you do wish to ingest historical data, please reach out to support@buildbetter.app and we can do a retroactive import over historical data, and we can do a bulk import as well.

Settings & Options

Get the conversations when the conversation is closed in Freshdesk. Default: Enabled
Get the conversations when a tag selected is attached to a message in your conversation. Default: Disabled
Setting the days to 0 will stop the automatic update on reopened conversations or open conversations with selected tags. Default: 0 days
